Beautiful four-person holiday home at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. On the border of the Zeeland landscape and the beautiful Zeeland dunes, lies this Beach Resort. Go romp around the beach, walk through the adjacent nature reserve, or take a nice bike ride along the beautiful coast of Zeeland. In the area are a lot of cozy and nice places. Take a look at Sluis or Cadzand. Or drive over the Belgian border to the beautiful seaside resort of Knokke. For all daily groceries you can go to the cozy fishing village of Breskens. Come and enjoy!
Layout
Cozy living room with a dining area and sitting area with smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine and a fridge with freezer. There is a toilet in the hall. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a TV. Both bedrooms have two single box spring beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower cabin and sink above. In one of the bathrooms there is a second toilet and an infrared sauna. Outside there is a lovely terrace (partly covered) with garden furniture. The lodge has its own washing machine and dryer. There is also a safe and private parking.

Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.

- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.
Facilities
Location and surroundings
Beach, dunes and beautiful vegetation alternate in the area around Nieuwvliet, which is also the habitat for numerous bird species and a wealth of special plants. As a nature lover, you will certainly be able to enjoy the beautiful nature and birds in this special part of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. And are several bicycle routes through the beautiful surroundings. Nieuwvliet has some nice stores, including a bakery and a few cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the Nieuwvliet area, so all beach activities are possible, you can even paraglide in Nieuwvliet-Bad! For a day of shopping, head to Sluis, but even Belgian Bruges is not far.
