Directly at the park you will find numerous facilities that will make your stay extra pleasant. You can enjoy a delicious meal in Restaurant de Pieterman and enjoy a drink in the lounge café. You can also take the children to the swimming pool (free admission), the various play equipment or the adjacent beach. And there are also nice shops. The park has a clinic for implantology, crown and bridge work and cosmetic dentistry.
Layout
This six-person semi-detached bungalow with free WiFi is fully equipped for the stated number of people. The accommodation has a cozy living room. The open kitchen has a refrigerator, four-burner gas stove, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave and an extractor hood. There are three bedrooms with box-spring beds and a bathroom on the first floor. Outside the accommodation you will find a terrace or balcony with furniture. Parking near the holiday home.
Dike houses/water houses:
There are dike houses and water houses of this type of holiday home. Almost all dike houses have a front door on the ground floor. Of the houses where this is not the case (house numbers 264 to 268), the front door can be reached via a small staircase. The water houses (numbers 300b + 300c) can be reached via a large staircase.

Particularities
- The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ from each other.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- With the exception of school holidays, the swimming pool is closed on Wednesday afternoons.
- On the weekend of 6 to 9 September 2024 is the famous fair in Volendam. This event attracts many visitors and may involve noise pollution. In this period, booking of final cleaning per accommodation and bed linen per person is obligatory. You will also have to pay an extra deposit of €50 per person, which will be refunded to you after departure provided no nuisance or damage was caused during your stay. Monday 9 September 2024 is the last day of the fair in Volendam. This may cause inconvenience. Please also note that shops and catering establishments may be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- In 2025, the fair will be from 5 to 8 September 2025, for this the above 2024 information also applies.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Marinapark Volendam will be closed from Monday 18 November 2024 to Friday 22 November 2024.
Facilities
Location and surroundings
Volendam is the village with its traditional costumes, famous eelsound and its archetypal Dutch conviviality. Take a nice portrait photo in the traditional costume or walk along the dike. In summer, from the Leek (adjacent to the Monnickenmeer) there is the opportunity to explore the Waterland landscape by boat or canoe and view the area from the water. The town is also located on the Markermeer, where all kinds of water sports can be practiced. Also visit the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen, the famous cheese market in Alkmaar or the Fort near Edam. Of course, you can also enjoy a day in Amsterdam. With plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants and museums, you won't be bored there.
