Luxury 10 person holiday home located on a beautiful holiday park in North Holland
This detached ten-person holiday home is located on holiday park De Rijp, a beautiful and child-friendly holiday park, near the Zaanse Schans, Volendam and Alkmaar. Enjoy the peace and nature! Your children will have a great time at the petting zoo, the play facilities or one of the swimming options. You can completely relax by one of the many wellness facilities.
Layout
This luxury holiday home can accommodate ten people. In the cosy furnished living room you will find the dining area and sitting area with television. The open kitchen includes a cooking facility, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and combimagnetron. There are a total of five bedrooms. On the ground floor is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The other four bedrooms with two single beds and the second bathroom with shower and toilet are located on the upper floor. The beautifully landscaped garden is equipped with terrace with furniture and parasol. There is also space for parking two cars directly at the holiday home.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- Children under 18 do not pay tourist tax.
- The park reserves the right to require a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.

- Please note that not all holiday homes on holiday park de Rijp are located by the water.
- The restaurant, snack bar are closed for an indefinite period of time.

Location and surroundings
West Graftdijk is surrounded by a characteristic polder landscape, ideal if you want to get away from it all and enjoy peace and nature. The 17th-century village is centrally located in North Holland and is also next to the Unesco World Heritage Site the Beemster. There are many possibilities when you want a day out. For example, go to the Zaanse Schans, a unique neighborhood with working windmills, old crafts, beautiful green wooden houses and special museums. Volendam is also worth a visit, a beautiful village with traditional costumes, music and fish. Furthermore, you can visit cities like Alkmaar, Amsterdam and Hoorn. The IJsselmeer, the North Sea and the beautiful dunes are also nearby.

Het was wel een warm huis en zonder horren in de ramen kon je die open zeten want dan had heel veel muggen in je slaapkamer. En het was niet echt schoon in de woning.
Eenmaal op het park werd verwacht dat we 800€ borg betaalde daar we een groep jongeren waren en ze bang waren voor vernielingen/ geluidsoverlast. (leeftijd 35+) Eenmaal in het huisje waren er tal van gebreken van kapotte deurtjes, tot vies/nat servies etc.
