Luxury 8 persons detached holiday home with sauna.
These luxurious detached houses are located at the narrow water and are provided with an own pier for a nice summer evening. They have four bedrooms with standard two to three beds. The bedrooms upstairs are that big that easily three persons per room can sleep there. Further, the accommodation (114 m2) has: central heating, modern kitchen, a shower on the ground floor and upstairs, a bath downstairs and both up- and downstairs a toilet. In the house there is a sauna. You can place your bicycles in the storeroom. Children have plenty of space on the park. There is a playground with a huge castle. Along the lake there is a beach for them. You can swim here, play soccer, fish, play volleyball, basketball, canoe, go-kart. There is a tennis court, a midget golf court and a (lawn) bowling court. There is a pony park during the holiday. During the summer holiday the recreation team organizes plenty of nice activities. You can also make nice trips yourself. To the zoo in Emmen, to the beautiful museum village Orvelte, with the children to the Traffic park in Assen. You can discover the megalithic tombs or go shopping in Emmen, Groningen or Assen. Don’t forget to visit the Planetron in Dwingeloo or the Dwingelderveld which still has a real pen with Shepard.
Layout
This holiday home has an area of 114 m2 and is equipped with a cozy and spacious living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, Senseo and a kettle. There are four bedrooms with two or three single beds. There are also two luxurious bathrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor and has a shower/bath and a toilet. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower and toilet. There is parking space for one car at the holiday home. Finally, you have access to a wonderful sauna to completely relax.

- Every guest can pick up free admission cards for a swimming pool in the municipality of Midden-Drenthe at reception!

- A 50+ discount and a young family discount of 15% apply from January to March and from September to mid-December. If you qualify for this, you can indicate this in the comments field during the booking process. The discount will then be manually adjusted on your invoice. Discounts cannot be combined.

Take beautiful cycling trips and forest walks in the nearby Dwingelderveld National Park, where you can enjoy peace, space, meandering streams and vast heathlands. Immerse yourself in the area's gripping history and visit Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork near Hooghalen and Museum Village Orvelte. Hoogeveen and Meppel have many shops, perfect for a day of shopping. For a bite to eat or a drink, you can also visit one of the many restaurants or terraces here.
